The Annual Lindcove Fruit Display and Tasting Event was a great success once again.  On Friday, citrus growers were treated with tours of the Citrus Clonal Protection Program, sensory taste testing, new varieties from the UCR breeding program and a walk through of the demonstration orchard in addition to tasting 100+ varieties of fruit.  On Saturday, more than 300 homeowners came for fruit tasting.  The weather was beautiful and the citrus perfect.  If you missed the event this year, put the second Friday/Saturday of December on your calendar for next year.
